What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Resolve customer and candidate issues via phone, email, and chat
• Complete assigned projects from support manager
• Identify and resolve customer issues using the HireVue system
• Document and manage cases for each support interaction
• Recommend process improvements and report trends/issues to supervisor

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Positive attitude and drive for continuous improvement
• Expert reading and writing skills
• Proficient with technology and troubleshooting technical issues
• 2+ years experience in customer service; technical support experience is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Experience with Salesforce or another CRM system
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to be resourceful
• Experience communicating with customers
• Flexible schedule for 24/7 customer support
• US Citizenship required for the position
