What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Monitor and manipulate workflow platform queues to ensure timely case processing
• Liaise with hospitals/sites to resolve issues and communicate critical findings
• Document shift issues and notify appropriate departments
• Monitor orders and radiologist schedules for efficient workflow
• Provide direct communication with radiologists regarding shifts

What is Required (Qualifications):
• High School diploma/GED required
• Experience in a fast-paced medical or customer service environment
• Ability to work 3rd shift between the hours of 4:00pm - 6:00am PT
• Strong computer skills and knowledge of medical terminology
• Ability to work in a dedicated office environment free of distractions

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree in a related field
• Experience in a healthcare-related service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
