Inventiv Matrix is a small Contract Research Organization company providing Data Management, Statistical Analysis and SAS Programming services for pharmaceutical/biotech companies. We are growing now and need some senior biostatistician (part-time contractor) to join us. The biostatistician providing statistical support of data analysis for data collected from clinical trials... Job Responsibilities: ? Assists in writing statistical analysis plans and system programming plans for all phases of clinical studies. ? ? Supports the basic activities of clinical study design related to the implementation of a clinic. ? ? Coordinates training schedules and presentation materials for the training of statisticians and non-statisticians on statistical methods and tests. ? ? Formats reports on the findings of statistical analyses and publications in preparation for new product applications to regulatory agencies. ? ? Assists senior staff with the preparation and documentation of facts to write and support trial reports and publications ? ? Supports the implementation of new and revised statistical standards, tests, and processes for increased accuracy and efficiency. ? ? Coordinates documents and findings of revised changes to submission to management. ? ? Routes questions to senior biostatistics staff on statistical issues from the business units and external customers Qualification: Minimum education required for competent performance: ? ? Master Degree of statistics or related area, OR PHD degree Minimum experience (number of month/years and type of work experience beyond formal education) required for competent performance: ? ? Generally requires (5-10) years related experience ? Equipment usage and abilities needed: ? ? Personal Computer, Printer, Telephone, Facsimile, Copier, Calculator, Microsoft Office products, SAS, R, and other software as needed Location: ? Bridgewater, NJ or Remote
