Our IT Applications Manager is accountable for:
? Strategic Planning and Architecture Design - Developing and implementing the overall architecture strategy for IT applications
? Leading and managing both onshore and offshore development teams. This involves setting clear goals, providing guidance, facilitating communication, and ensuring effective collaboration across geographically dispersed teams
? Overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of IT application projects
? Acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, including business units, executives, and external partners

Essential Skills:
? Proficiency in designing and implementing complex IT architectures, including knowledge of cloud services, microservices, and enterprise architecture frameworks.
? Proven track record of to leading, managing and developing diverse teams, including onshore and offshore resources. This includes skills in mentoring, performance management, conflict resolution, and motivating team members
? Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall), tools, and best practices
? Excellent communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders, including business leaders, clients, and team members
? Knowledge of risk management practices and compliance requirements related to IT applications, including data security, privacy regulations, and industry standards
? Experience with CSS, AJAX, JSON, HTML, or MVC
? Experience with Microsoft technology stack (.NET, C#, SQL Server, etc.)
? Experience with full stack SaaS development

Seeking a minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience and a minimum of 3 years of people leadership experience. This is a virtual role within the USA. Candidate must be able to work early eastern time zone hours when required, standard hours of 8am - 5pm EST.
