Food Production - 1st shift

Our St. Henry Harvesting plant in Mercer County, Ohio, prepares the turkeys for further processing and distribution. Cooper Farms is currently seeking 1st shift Food Production team members to join our team in St. Henry.

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 6:00am-approximately 3:30pm

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $16.60 with the potential of increasing to $16.85 after 90 days

PERKS: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided. Job functions include:

Deboning Production:
? Utilizing a knife, inspecting and trimming defects without cutting off excess meat.
? Performing all job functions which would involve work related to deboning a turkey.
? Reworking any product that does not run through properly.
? Wearing all required PPE and rotating with other team members as directed.
Requirements
? Must be 18 years of age
? Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.
? Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
? Ability to tolerate a climate controlled environment.
