Your duties will include overseeing the store communication systems, ensuring appropriate dissemination of communications, and monitoring activities related to store assignments. You will also assist managers with scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll administration. Managing employee records and files, such as time & attendance records and employment documentation, will also fall under your purview.
