What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
? Answer 40-50 inbound/outbound calls a day
? Assist customers with payment options, escrow items, and general mortgage information
? Discuss customer benefits such as Paperless, Mobile App, Web, and IVR
? Assist customers who are 30 days or less due on their mortgage payment
? Maintain a professional and supportive demeanor while addressing customer inquiries

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
? Call center experience is a plus
? Must reside within 60 miles of the office location
? Attendance required for the first 90 days of training
? Availability to work during business hours after training

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Experience in a customer service role within the mortgage or financial services industry
? Familiarity with mortgage payment processes and customer service best practices
? Ability to navigate customer service software and systems efficiently
