This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Key Responsibilities: ? Provide prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries via live chat. ? Assist customers with order status, product information, returns, refunds, and troubleshooting. ? Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while interacting with customers. ? Document customer interactions and follow up on unresolved issues. ? Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex problems and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications: ? Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. ? Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus. ?
