Job and Responsibilities :
1. Manages user experience and queries
2. Realtime user query resolution within defined TAT

Candidates should have:
? Must have appeared in any Govt exams
? Candidates Must be from Noida itself
? Good analytical skills to understand the Govt exams and users
? Command on MS Excel/Google Sheets/CRM
? Responsible attitude and keenness towards the Operations role
