Our client, an Online Content Company, is looking for a Content Marketing Director to join their team. This will be full time and fully remote (must live in the U.S). The ideal candidate has a minimum of 7 years of marketing experience, with 3+ years experience as a Director of Content Marketing. Must be extremely data-driven, analytical, able to make data-based decisions, and extremely detail-oriented. This person will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing content marketing strategies across all major channels, which include SEIO, email, Social Media, YouTube, blogging, podcasts, and more. Responsibilities ? Create a comprehensive content marketing strategy and vision spanning key channels, including YouTube, Instagram, blogs, email, podcasts, and more. ? Recruit and develop a high-performing content marketing team driven to become industry leaders. ? Establish a performance-driven environment focused on continuous improvement and excellence. ? Execute the content strategy with a focus on achieving key business outcomes like lead generation and revenue growth. ? Define and maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content platforms. ? Manage workflows to ensure the timely creation and delivery of high-quality content. ?
