As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate data for the smooth operation of our company. Responsibilities: ? Enter data accurately and efficiently into various systems ? Review and correct data errors ? Organize and maintain physical and digital files ? Create and manage spreadsheets and databases ? Ensure data integrity and security ? Identify ways to enhance data accuracy and efficiency ? Provide support for other clerical tasks

Qualifications: ? High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred ? Minimum 1 year of data entry or related experience ? Strong typing skills (at least 50 words per minute) ? Familiarity with Microsoft Office and data entry software ? Excellent attention to detail and accuracy ? Organizational and time-management skills ? Ability to work independently and in a team ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
