We are actively seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Live Chat Support Specialists. In this role, you?ll assist both existing and potential customers by providing a range of information, from account details and product installations to general inquiries. You?ll be a key player in resolving issues using various contact methods, including email, live chat, and possibly videophone.

What You Will Do:

Respond to live chat inquiries on a business?s website or social media channels, offering support, product information, and assistance with a variety of queries.
Provide helpful responses to customer questions, supply sales links, and promote discounts as part of the interaction.
Contract Details:

The position is ongoing with no fixed term.
Rate:

$35 per hour. Requirements:

Access to a device with the capability to use social media and website chat functions (such as a phone, tablet, or laptop).
Ability to work independently and adhere to provided instructions and guidelines.
Must be available to work at least 5 hours per week.
Need a stable and reliable internet connection.
Weekly Hours:

Flexible, ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week.
Location:

This is a fully remote position, with a preference for candidates based in the United States.
