Sales Account Executive (360 Desk)

What you get to do:
?dentify prospects in need of professional workforce services & solutions
?uild strong relationships with hiring managers via phone, text, email, social media, in-person
?oster strategic partnerships by engaging key decision-makers through various communication channels
?xecute the activities that will gain results (lots of cold calls, phone calls, virtual, and on-site client meetings)
?esponsible for generating gross profit through personal production, including selling segment orders within the market, and meeting revenue, gross margin, and other financial objectives.
?egotiate pay and bill rates to ensure maximum return on quality solutions
?ffectively source, recruit, interview, and select candidates
?isten to diagnose the workforce gaps that are limiting a client? growth potential
?oach and retain talent via phone, virtually, and in-person
?ffer innovative and creative workforce solutions
?rovide services that consistently delight our clients and talent
What you need to bring:
?inimum 3+ years of sales and business development
?referably background knowledge in Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Business Operations
?irect hire/permanent-placement success a plus
?bility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
?xcellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills
?trong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
?bility to connect with others through phone, video, social media, and in-person meetings
?rack record of delivering results in a metrics-driven or tech-savvy environment
?xperience or quick adaptability utilizing digital tools and Google Suite applications
?roficient using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
