Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Virtual Administrative Assistant. The Virtual Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team members remotely.

Responsibilities: ?anage and organize electronic files and documents ?nswer and route phone calls, emails, and other correspondence ?chedule appointments and meetings and manage calendars ?ssist with data entry and record-keeping ?onduct research on various topics and provide reports as needed ?erform other administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications: ?igh school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred ?xcellent written and verbal communication skills ?trong organizational and time-management skills ?roficiency in Microsoft Office Suite ?bility to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision ?rior administrative experience is a plus, but not required
