Customer Service Representative - After Hours (REMOTE - US Hours)

Our Client based in the US is offering Elderly Home Based Care and various other services.

They are seeking a Customer Services Representative to join their after hours team.

Fully remote position but based in South Africa.

The hours for this position offers flexibility, with a 3 day working week of 4 hour shifts per day and a Saturday and Sunday shift of 12 hours per day.

Responsibilities
?nswer all incoming calls.
?esolve client and nurse queries that are within the scope of after-hours.
?rovide timely responses to queries that come in our texting platform.
?otify clients and replace caregiver callouts as necessary.
?onfirm caregivers 1-2 hours before shift start.
?erform initial intake for callers potentially interested in services.
?ocument all scenarios on our platform, as well as update caregiver schedules as needed.
?on-urgent Admin projects if time allows.

Requirements

Skills
?luent in English
?ompassionate and confident
?esponsible and reliable
?0+ years?ork experience in customer service + office duties.
?daptable and flexible regarding work hours
?mpeccable phone and computer skills
?taffing and/or health care experience
?xperience working remotely and independently to the USA.
?uiet and professional work-from-home environment
?emotely set up with Wi-Fi and load-shedding back-up
