What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
• Answer incoming calls and direct them to appropriate staff members
• Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, including documentation requiring physician signature
• Maintain accurate employee phone roster and process documentation efficiently
• Fax discharge summaries, transfer summaries, and other reports to physicians
• Assist with office supply management and prepare job application packets

What is Required (Qualifications):
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 1-2 years of administrative experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in office computer equipment and software
