What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

? Verify account eligibility and accessibility for customers
? Prepare and distribute work orders and mass communications
? Assist with the mailing of billing statements and notices
? Conduct monthly audits of incomplete account transfer requests

What Is Required (Qualifications)
? High School Diploma or GED
? Minimum of two (2) years of experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
? Ability to pass computer skills, typing accuracy, and 10-key skills testing

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
? Associate?s degree in business administration, data entry, or related fields
? Additional experience as a high-volume data entry operator or typist
