MES Business Analyst

Job Position: Global Business system owner for MES Implementation

Responsibilities: ? Global stakeholder management ? Production of project status reports ? Escalations management ? Coordination of the team ? Support to global business activities around manufacturing execution systems ? Support Global business application owner in activities maintenance

Requirements: ? Previous experience with OT/IT projects in the manufacturing space, at least 5 years? experience in MES implementation projects as business representative ? Background in MES platform implementation or support as a consultant or business matter expert ? Experience in a GXP environment (ideally in Pharma) ? Preferably Agile methodology ? Accurate knowledge of manufacturing processes for pharma products

Key Responsibilities: ? Collect user requirements from sites and address standardization/harmonization conversations ? Review solution design from the system integrator and escalate issues if needed ? Monitor and... control solution definition across multiple parallel implementations ? Monitor UAT execution, approved UAT execution ? Evaluate change management impacts at the site level ? Support global URS definition and data model

Experience:
? Previous implementation projects in the manufacturing area under MES platforms (e.g., SAP PP, SAP WM, SAP QM), ideally in Pharma
? Experience with GxP environment and validated documentation
? Willingness to learn new MES technology

This role involves supporting a large program for MES implementation across 26 sites, acting as a global manufacturing business solution in the manufacturing execution space.

Musts

MES experience at hands on level ? can be any MES system, but MES should be primary skillset. (Min of 3-4 years MES)

Some leadership experience (Lead/Co-Ordinator level, does not need senior manager)

Experience in Testing Co-ordination, UAT in particular

Experience in IT manufacturing implementation projects

GxP environment experience

Global projects

English Speaking & excellent communication

Plus (not essential)

Integration with SAP ? PP, WM, QM

Agile Experience

Pharma or Consumer Health Industry exp

Previous experience on Tracksys, only a plus as no hands on required, Vendor is managing
