Key Responsibilities: ? Develop engaging lessons for students with diverse English proficiency levels. ? Incorporate proven methods to teach core language skillslistening, speaking, reading, and writing. ? Collaborate with other educators to align language learning with subject-specific goals. ? Use data to monitor student performance and tailor instruction to meet evolving needs. ? Foster an inclusive environment that values multilingualism and partners with families to support learning outside the classroom.

Qualifications: ? Required: ? Bachelors degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field ? Valid New... Hampshireteaching license with an endorsement in ESL/ELL (or equivalent) ? Experience working with multilingual learners or culturally diverse populations ? Preferred: ? Masters degree in TESOL, Education, or a related area ? Proficiency in a second language ? Familiarity with WIDA standards and assessments ? Experience with differentiated instruction and culturally responsive teaching practices
