Skills
? Must hold and maintain a Property & Casualty Insurance license in your home state
? 2+ years of experience in an insurance sales-based role preferred
? 2+ years of customer service experience
? Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach
? Familiarity with the insurance industry, particularly pet insurance, is a plus
? Strong ability to handle objections and turn them into opportunities
? Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry

Responsibilities
? Answer inbound warm leads from potential customers
? Utilize a consultative style to understand customer needs
? Present the value of our pet insurance policies
? Guide calls towards successful enrollment
? Provide detailed information about policies and coverage options
? Overcome objections with confidence and empathy
? Ensure accurate enrollment of pets in policies
? Meet and exceed enrollment targets
? Develop a working knowledge of Chewy?s pet health insurance plans
? Learn and operate within internal and external technologies
