Healing Hands Pediatrics is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk/Administrative Assistant to become a valuable member of our administrative team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering and maintaining patient data and assisting with various administrative tasks that support our operations. This position is crucial to ensuring that our patient records are up-to-date and our office runs smoothly. Responsibilities
? Accurately enter and update patient information in our electronic health record system.
? Assist with scheduling appointments and managing the calendar for medical staff.
? Prepare and maintain various reports and documents as requested.
? Help with... patient registration and insurance verification processes.
? Provide administrative support to medical staff and ensure smooth communication within the office.
? Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all data handling.

? High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in administrative support or related fields is a plus.
? Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting.

? Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks.
? Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
