Position: Remote Accounting ? Part-Time

Schedule: Monday to Thursday (times are flexible)

Location: Remote (Work from Home)

Pay Range: $25 - $32 per hour (Based on experience)

Accounting Services, LLC is seeking a skilled Remote Accountant to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: ? Provide monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting services for a variety of clients. ? Handle tasks including payroll, sales tax (Transaction Privilege Tax), 1099 preparation, and Workers' Compensation/Insurance audits. ? Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and reconciliations to ensure accuracy. ? Maintain financial data integrity and perform regular checks to ensure compliance and correctness.

Requirements: ? Bachelor?s degree in Accounting (or a related field). ? Proven accounting experience (preferred). ? Familiarity with QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel, and Client Relationship Manager (CRM) software. ? Ability to quickly learn new accounting software and systems. ? Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. ? Excellent communication skills, both oral and written. ? A high level of honesty, integrity, dependability, and critical thinking. ? Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. ? Business tax preparation experience is a plus, but not required.
