Key Responsibilities

As a Program Associate, your contributions will be crucial in assisting senior staff across various tasks, including:
? Managing the summer internship program that connects post-secondary students with nonprofit organizations focused on public interest technology.
? Analyzing and synthesizing research, conducting interviews, and facilitating roundtable discussions with educators, practitioners, policymakers, and other stakeholders to pinpoint challenges and opportunities in education.
? Crafting policy recommendations aimed at promoting best practices and systemic changes to guarantee all students experience meaningful teaching and learning.
? Developing tailored resources and support for educators and professionals to bridge the digital divide impacting students and families.
? Organizing networks of stakeholders from local, state, and national levels to collaboratively address challenges and strategies for enhancing access to quality teaching and learning.
? Identifying and showcasing effective technology applications for young learners in diverse educational settings.
? Assisting in the planning and execution of roundtables and stakeholder meetings, as well as external events as necessary.
? Conducting supplementary research and contributing to the creation of blogs and briefs.
? Managing the reimbursement process for stakeholder participants and senior staff when suitable.
? Remaining adaptable to perform additional duties as required by evolving circumstances.

Compensation And Benefits

This full-time position offers a competitive salary between (58,000 and )62,000, commensurate with experience and demonstrated competencies.
