Recruiter - 100% remote role - Full-Time

Our team of hiring experts averages over 10 years of industry experience. We?ve spent the past 20 years fostering relationships in our New England Technology Hub and aren?t slowing down.

As a Recruiter, you will play a critical role in supporting PeopleSERVE?s recruitment strategy of building a talent pool to support our clients? hiring needs.

Responsibilities include:
? Conduct coordinated recruitment outreach through our various job boards along with messaging templates and a recruitment workflow.
? Utilize our job boards and automation system and follow our recruitment processes and methodology to ensure best practices in candidate outreach.
? Collaborate daily by providing real-time updates from your recruiting and outreach efforts.
? Thorough documentation of recruitment activity into our Applicant Tracking System.

? Hours spent actively sourcing
? Candidates Screened
? Candidates Submitted to Sales team

Who we are looking for:
? Strong attention to detail and ability to follow a defined workflow and recruitment methodology.
? Ability to leverage technology and manage your time efficiently.
? Ability to optimize our recruitment process and evaluate opportunities for process improvement.
? Must possess strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

This is a full time, 100% remote role. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm EST.
