Job Title: Patient Care Coordinator

Location: Remote

Pay for Patient Care Coordinator: $18 - $24

Work Schedule for Patient Care Coordinator:
? 30 - 40 hours per week
? Monday - Friday
? 8:00 am to 12:00 pm and 2:00 pm to 6:45 pm (Pacific Hours)

? We help patients with type 2 diabetes, thyroid, and functional medicine.
? We are a family-oriented, close-knit, one-on-one support and warm practice.
? We love connecting with patients!

Main Responsibilities for Patient Care Coordinator:
? Helping patients.
? Helping patients apply for loans.
? Ordering testing.
? Doing calls on the phone and on Zoom.
? Checking text messages and voicemails.
? Selling and ordering supplements.
? Scheduling with health coaches.
? Administrative assistant (fill out forms and more!).
? Support with health coaching, scheduling, and rescheduling.

All training will be provided!
