DB Home Services is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a full-time, remote work from home basis. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring... the smooth operation of our company's daily administrative tasks. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining and organizing electronic and physical files, answering and routing phone calls, data entry, and basic bookkeeping tasks. You will also be responsible for managing, scheduling, and responding to emails, as well as other general office and administrative duties.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize electronic and physical files

• Answer and direct phone calls

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
