Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, also known as our "Neighbors." This is a remote-eligible position, perfect for candidates who live outside of SE Michigan and want to work from the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities Respond to and disseminate incoming communication and information from blithequark Neighbors to our stores and key departments via email and phone. Answer Neighbor requests or inquiries concerning store service, products, company loyalty programs, and other services via phone and email. Work with stores and the field management team to resolve Neighbor complaints in a timely, efficient, and professional manner. Maintain records of incoming Neighbor contact (phone and email) and the nature of each inquiry. Provide reporting on inquiries and time to resolution. Improve Neighbor retention through programs and services provided to the Neighbor. Continually maintain working knowledge of company services, promotions, and programs. Handle product recalls. Advise Neighbors on company information. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A High school diploma; degree preferred. 3-5 years related experience and knowledge of service delivery. Strong customer service orientation. Proven ability to communicate effectively (through oral and written communication) with internal and external customers with the highest degree of professionalism, clarity, and diplomacy while being firm as the situation necessitates. Proven ability to work with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to multi-task. Ability to handle inquiries, and exercise good judgment in working with internal and external customers and apply critical thinking skills to solve problems. Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment. Weekend rotation and evening shift rotation required. Proficiency in data entry. Solid MS Office products skills.
