Gen Re currently offers an excellent opportunity for Human Resource Data Analyst to work in the Human Resources Department based in our Stamford, CT office. This is a hybrid role. Responsibilities • Data extraction, reporting, and analysis in support of Human Resources operations. • Track and analyze employee metrics to support workforce planning and decision-making. • Prepare data for participation in annual compensation surveys. • Prepare and analyze benefit participation data in support of Annual Open Enrollment. • Produce various management reports and metrics in support of the annual compensation process. • Assist with the administration of US and Canada benefit plans. • Processing of vendor invoices. • Produce monthly and quarterly reports. • Back-up to other Payroll and HR processes. • Special projects. Requirements • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in HR Compensation/Benefits and Payroll. • Working knowledge of Power BI preferred. • Good written and oral communications skills. • Strong Excel skills. • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook. • Good customer service/client relations skills. • Solid organizational and self-management skills. • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects to completion. • Work effectively in a team-based environment. • Willingness to take on additional responsibilities. • High level of integrity with the ability to keep confidential information secure. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure and time constraints. • Working knowledge of PeopleSoft. • Knowledge of U.S. Benefits operations and processes. • Knowledge of Ceridian Dayforce Payroll or Benefits a plus. • Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now a plus. • Microsoft Access knowledge a plus.
