We are seeking a strategic and hands-on individual who can drive demand generation and enhance marketing strategies with a strong emphasis on automation, including AI, to stay ahead in the competitive tech space. This role involves the opportunity to implement, refine, and innovate playbooks that will significantly impact our growth trajectory. Responsibilities • Assess current marketing and sales strategies and develop playbooks to optimize them. • Implement and drive demand generation initiatives with a strong focus on automation and AI tools. • Collaborate closely with leadership to scale founder-led sales processes. • Ensure seamless transitioning from marketing qualified leads to closed sales. • Strategize and manage a large volume of leads through the process from SQL to opportunities. • Evaluate and deploy new tools and technologies to enhance marketing and sales effectiveness. • Participate in strategic planning while also executing day-to-day tasks. Qualifications • Background in working with developer tools or closely related tech industries. • Proven expertise in driving demand generation, with a particular focus on automation and AI. • Experience in strategic marketing roles, ideally as a director or VP, with hands-on experience in smaller, fast-paced startup environments. • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively, demonstrating a strong capability to drive initiatives from conception to execution. • Comfortable wearing multiple hats and functioning strategically at a high level while also engaging in detailed operational tasks. • Exceptional communication and collaborative skills to work effectively with remote teams. • Open to flexible working arrangements, with a willingness to engage deeply across various business functions. #J-18808-Ljbffr Apply tot his job
