Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and accurate manner, providing solutions and alternatives to resolve issues efficiently. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, concerns, and queries, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the outcome. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of blithequark products and services, staying current with promotions, policies, and procedures. Document customer interactions and update records in the CRM system, ensuring that customer information is accurate and up-to-date. Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to improve overall customer experience. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels, ensuring that critical issues are addressed promptly and efficiently. Essential and Preferred Qualifications Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members. Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and applications efficiently, with basic computer skills and typing accuracy. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace, ensuring that you can work effectively in a remote environment. Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the needs of our customers. Preferred Qualifications Customer service experience is a plus, but not required. Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role is desirable. Further education or certifications in customer service, communications, or a related field is a plus, demonstrating a commitment to professional development. Experience with CRM systems and other customer service software is desirable, but not essential.
