Problem Resolution: Actively listen to customer concerns and provide effective solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Sales Support: Assist customers with product recommendations and promotions, aiming to maximize sales opportunities and upsell services when appropriate. Data Entry: Accurately log and maintain customer interactions, feedback, and follow-up actions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and various departments to relay customer feedback and improve processes and products. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred. Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment. Technical Skills: Proficiency in using live chat platforms, CRM software, and general computer applications. Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues. Soft Skills: Strong adaptability to manage multiple chat conversations and prioritize tasks effectively. High emotional intelligence to connect with customers and understand their feelings and needs.
