Key Responsibilities Deliver exceptional client experiences by engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently, using pharmacy systems to retrieve patient and medication data. Operate a cash register, handle customer transactions, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Collaborate with pharmacists and other team members to ensure seamless workflow and provide support as needed. Maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory levels, and perform other administrative tasks as required. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on pharmacy regulations, procedures, and best practices. Provide support for store operations, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and customer service. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field (or equivalent experience). Proficient in reading, writing, and communicating in English. Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends. Strong numerical skills, with the ability to accurately fill prescriptions and perform calculations. Excellent computer skills, with experience using pharmacy systems and software. Knowledge of store stock control and inventory management principles. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail pharmacy or healthcare setting. Familiarity with Blithequark's policies and procedures. PTCB certification or willingness to obtain. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
