Disney, the company has grown to encompass a vast array of businesses and brands in the fields of entertainment, media, and amusement parks. arenaflex is a global leader in creating and delivering high-quality entertainment content, including films, television programs, and streaming services. **What You'll Do** As a Full Stack Data Analyst at arenaflex, your responsibilities will include: * Building analyses, data visualizations, and multi-purpose reporting that provide critical support to business activities and decision-making for the sign-up and trade item spaces. * Answering business questions and providing expert knowledge on various trade streams on D and Hulu to improve the customer experience and increase conversions. * Advancing the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborating in the design of demonstrative solutions, and delivering exceptional data experiences and products. * Utilizing data visualization tools, SQL, and programming languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data. * Employing distinctive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Component Analysis, etc.) to understand companion behaviors/values, and have an impact across the business. **What to Bring** To succeed in this role, you will need to bring: * Unbridled curiosity, high intellectual and analytical pull, and an enthusiastic quest for data-driven experiences and business results. * A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering). * 5+ years of professional experience as an analyst in an information and analytics space with exceptional SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, high-level analysis, performance enhancement, and working with data at scale. * Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unknown requirements, to an effective story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a tangible business result. * Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders, colleagues, and technical partners.
