This role is responsible for assisting banks and finance companies with delinquent auto loans by placing them out for repossession with our network of contracted agents. As a Forwarding Account Representative, you will work closely with banks and agents to coordinate activities, manage the repossession process, and proactively monitor accounts to address various issues. **Essential Job Functions** Daily duties may include: * Gathering, analyzing, or evaluating information from various sources, such as court records, credit header data, and people location software * Using location databases and software packages to locate vehicles subject to repossession (automatic license plate recognition software) * Working closely with repossession agents to coordinate activities * Managing the repossession process for bank clients * Collaborating with bank employees * Proactively monitoring accounts and addressing a variety of issues **Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Experience with Microsoft Office (mandatory) * Strong communication skills * Experience interacting with business clients via phone and email * Strong attention to detail * Professional appearance and demeanor * Punctual with good attendance * Superior phone skills and a friendly demeanor * Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test **Compensation & Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * Competitive compensation packages, including hourly pay and commission * Full Healthcare Insurance after 60 days and the first of the month * Option to participate in 401k * Dental Insurance after 60 days and the first of the month * Paid Vacation (PTO) * Referral program **Work Environment & Culture** Our office is located in Dallas, TX (75243), and we operate Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm.
