In this role, you will be responsible for performing entry-level application administration tasks remotely, utilizing your exceptional typing skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless integration of our new application system, positively impacting patient care and contributing to the success of our clients. **Key Responsibilities** • Utilize your exceptional typing skills (over 40 WPM) to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently. • Communicate effectively in English; bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous, as you will be interacting with clients and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is required, and experience with other software applications is a plus. • Provide tier 1 helpdesk support or triage, utilizing your problem-solving skills to resolve issues and escalate complex problems to senior team members. **Additional Requirements** • Must have reliable internet connectivity to ensure seamless communication and data transfer. • Flexibility to work shifts between 8 AM to 8 PM EST, supporting various divisions and meeting the needs of our clients. **Work Environment** This role offers a dynamic work environment with flexible shift options to support our client's diverse operational needs.
