Your key responsibilities will include: * Handling inbound calls from customers, resolving inquiries, and authorizing sales in a timely and professional manner * Maintaining up-to-date computerized customer information and utilizing multiple windows to manage customer interactions * Building relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues through effective communication and problem-solving skills * Utilizing Microsoft Outlook to manage customer information and communicate with team members **What You'll Need to Succeed** To excel in this role, you will require: * Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to resolve customer inquiries and issues * Ability to thrive in a team environment and effectively communicate with colleagues and customers * Proficient computer skills, including the ability to manage information in multiple windows, type while talking, and utilize Microsoft Outlook * A quiet, distraction-free work environment with access to high-speed internet * Ability to work from home, full-time, with occasional in-person meetings at our Rapid City, SD location **Our Way of Working** At arenaflex, we value flexibility and work-life balance.
