You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, answering their questions, resolving their concerns, and delivering a seamless experience that exceeds their expectations. **Responsibilities** * Answer incoming member and provider calls, responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, extra benefits, and programs * Utilize high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi is not permitted) * Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed * Meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals * Work from home and prove self-sufficiency, with occasional commute to the office in Princeton, NJ for training and meetings **Required Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent GED * Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form * Ability to meet performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals * Must be able to work from home and prove self-sufficiency * Must commute to the office in Princeton, NJ when unable to work from home due to prolonged technical problems **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working remotely in a call center setting * Experience with Medicaid and Medicare * Strong customer service skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional experiences **Education** * High school diploma or equivalent GED **Pay Range** * The typical pay range for this role is $17.00 - $34.15 per hour, representing the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. **Benefits** At blithequark, we're committed to supporting the well-being of our colleagues and their families.
