Place and process product orders while partnering with the Warehouse and Logistics team to ensure timely distribution, contributing to the overall efficiency of our operations. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and the field sales team by providing accurate and complete product information, demonstrating your in-depth knowledge of our medical technology products. Perform data entry in Salesforce and ensure all order and customer records are up to date, maintaining the integrity of our customer database. Meet required KPIs, including purchase order processing, call handling, and email response times, consistently striving for excellence in your performance. Follow up on customer inquiries and support improvements in communication, workflow, and process guidelines, actively contributing to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes. Collaborate with the customer service team and escalate issues to supervisors or managers as needed, demonstrating your ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ensure compliance with all medical device regulatory requirements and perform additional duties as assigned, adhering to the highest standards of quality and compliance. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements. The essential qualifications include: High School Diploma or equivalent, providing a foundation for your future growth and development. 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in medical technology, demonstrating your understanding of the industry and its unique challenges.
