As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment that encourages growth, learning, and innovation. **Responsibilities** As a customer service specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for: * Managing large volumes of inbound calls, emails, and chats with a high level of professionalism and empathy * Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and accuracy in handling customer inquiries and concerns * Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and providing personalized solutions and alternatives * Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services that meet customers' needs and exceed their expectations * Building sustainable relationships with customers through active listening, empathy, and a customer-centric approach * Taking orders from customers, either over the phone or through our online platforms * Ringing orders into our point-of-sale (POS) system and mail orders into our mail order system **Requirements** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * Previous experience in a customer support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different personality types and communication styles * A customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships * Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and manage time effectively in a dynamic and ever-changing environment * High school diploma or equivalent * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in CRM software and other customer service tools a plus **Preferred Qualifications** * 1 year of relevant experience in a customer support role * Experience working in a call center or customer service environment * Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues **Work Environment and Culture** As a customer service representative at blithequark, you'll be part of a dynamic and supportive team that's passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
