Requirements... - English proficiency level must be at least C1, native or non-native. - Bachelor's degree in English, Education or related field - Experience teaching English as a second language to adults preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Experience living or working abroad Responsibilities: - Teach English online to students of varying levels and backgrounds, including but not limited to Russian-speaking ones - Develop lesson plans and instructional materials that align with Redu's unique teaching method (training and mentoring provided) and the needs of individual students - Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to help them improve their language skills - Continuously assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed to ensure student success - Collaborate with other teachers and mentors to improve teaching practices and student outcomes What we offer: - Decent compensation: from $15 to $50 an hour - Flexible working hours: from 5 up to 25 hours per week - Bespoke training program designed to help teachers learn a unique teaching method that allows teachers to spend 5-10 less time preparing for the lessons while keeping them custom-fit for the clients - Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company - Flexible schedule and ability to choose the desired amount of workload per week - Access to an extensive database of resources that is constantly being updated - Teachers’ community and continuous mentorship Check More Online Tutoring Jobs Apply tot his job
