Engagement Manager – North East Region

Job Description: • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with school district leaders • Strengthen customer success through proactive engagement, capacity-building, renewal management, upselling, account expansion, customer advocacy, and risk mitigation • Become an expert on all ClassLink products with a special focus on specific needs for BOCES/RICS • Provide strategic and technical guidance on the use and expansion of the ClassLink suite of products • Maintain relationships with current customers in the assigned territory, including onsite meetings, phone, email, SWAG mailings, etc. to increase adoption and usage of ClassLink • Perform all account management duties, including proactive customer outreach, annual client review meetings, quoting, and renewal emails • Confidently conduct demonstrations of ClassLink virtually and during conferences • Help develop positive relationships between ClassLink and influential partner organizations • Ensure year-over-year customer retention and assist with renewal fee negotiations as needed • Host regional and virtual user group events with current and prospective customers • Attend conferences and events in assigned territories, engaging with potential and current customers • Maintain documentation for each customer internally • Leverage tools provided to understand customer health and intervene when needed • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and health Requirements: • Diverse rostering experience • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills • Excellent sales and customer service skills • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong supervisory and leadership skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate them when appropriate • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software • Experience in presenting in virtual and online environments • Strong project management skills and the ability to be flexible when needed • Self-starter who can work independently Benefits: • Generous Paid Time Off : 4+ weeks of vacation and 13+ paid holidays • Parental Leave : 12 weeks fully paid for all parents • Retirement : 401(k) with 0.5:1 company match • Comprehensive Health Coverage : Medical, dental, and vision plans • Insurance : Company-paid life, short-term disability, and long-term disability, plus voluntary options including supplemental life, accident, and pet insurance • Volunteer Time Off: Give back through ClassLink Cares paid volunteer days • Lifelong Learning: Tuition reimbursement for continued education • Growth & Development: Coaching and internal programs to support career and personal growth • Supportive Culture: A workplace that values curiosity, compassion, and continuous learning • Connection & Community: Annual company retreats and team events with bright, fun coworkers Apply tot his job
