- Location: Remote - Massachusetts (must be licensed and based in the state)
- Contract Length: Open
Scope of Work:
- Complete tasks assigned by the Brokerage Operations department and Designated Broker in a timely manner.
- Possess experience with real estate contracts within Massachusetts.
- Use company-provided tools and communication methods.
- Review contracts to ensure legal and contractual compliance.
- Review all files in the Transaction Management System within 48 hours.
- Communicate effectively with agents regarding document deficiencies, providing explanations and assistance.
- Support compliance efforts with the Broker team.
- Other duties as assigned.
