About the Role: As a Campground Operations Coach (Asset Manager), you'll be a key player in our company's success, overseeing the operational and financial performance of a portfolio of RV parks and campgrounds. You'll coach and mentor General Managers, manage budgets, optimize revenue streams, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. This is a highly visible role that offers significant responsibility and the opportunity to drive both operational success and profitability. What You'll Do: • Financial Management: Oversee financial performance, manage budgets, analyze reports, and develop strategies to maximize profitability. • Operational Excellence: Coach and support General Managers, ensure operational efficiency, and implement process improvements. • Guest Experience: Ensure exceptional guest experiences, evaluate feedback, and drive marketing initiatives to increase occupancy and satisfaction. • Capital Improvements: Oversee capital improvement projects, ensuring timely execution and alignment with long-term asset strategies. • Performance Monitoring: Review performance reports, track KPIs, and conduct performance reviews with General Managers. • Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulations, implement emergency preparedness plans, and mitigate operational and financial risks. • Business Development: Participate in acquisitions, develop growth strategies, and represent the company at industry events. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Real Estate, Finance, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in campground operations, hospitality management, or asset management. • Proven track record of managing a multi-location portfolio and/or overseeing large teams. • Strong financial acumen, leadership skills, and communication skills.
