The Finance Rotational Development Program offers two 18-month assignments across various finance areas, providing hands-on experience and leadership exposure at Delta. Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Participate in two complementary 18-month assignments in areas such as Treasury, Internal Audit, Financial Planning & Analysis, Operational Finance, Fuel Management, and Division Controllership. • Work as a team member and take individual ownership of activities including identifying key business issues, completing comprehensive analyses, and preparing materials for senior leaders. • Contribute to the evolution of Delta’s business model for long-term success. • Engage in cross-divisional projects to gain exposure to other business areas. • Network with senior leaders and participate in mentorship opportunities. About You What you'll need: • Senior in an undergraduate program with graduation date Fall 2025 or Spring/Summer 2026. • Must be able to work onsite at the Atlanta, GA office. • Consistently prioritize safety and security of self, others, and personal data. • Embrace diverse people, thinking, and styles. • Possess a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency. • At least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States. • Ability to digest large amounts of data and succinctly explain insights to support decision making. • Ability to develop effective presentations for leaders. • Desire to learn leadership techniques, problem solving, and conflict resolution. • Ability to listen and learn from diverse perspectives and handle shifting business priorities. • High performing with a drive for results and continuous improvement. • Comfortable operating independently with curiosity about business and financial performance relationships. • Open to mentoring and learning as methods for growth and improvement.
