This role on the National Foodservice Trade team is primarily responsible for the accounting of National customers within the Away From Home channel, with a focus on trade liabilities, while maintaining an effective and efficient control environment. Responsibilities • Prepare and record manual journal entries to ensure accuracy of financials for National Foodservice. • Prepare balance sheet commentary with analytics on a periodic basis, and present performance to Director and Sr. Manager of team. • Perform account reconciliations for customer trade liability accounts (i.e., Restaurants, Hotels and Recreation, Convenience & Gas etc.), national account customer service and parts (ESM). • Support KPMG and BPC audit requests and inquiries to ensure completion on a timely basis. • Preparation of HFM reporting schedules (Q9). • Provide financial oversight of EPM Trade payment system. • Liaison for GBS comp defense operations. • Assist with ad-hoc projects to improve productivity and efficiencies across the team, as well as support new initiatives. Compensation and Benefits: • The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000. • Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
